\n \n Job Description\n\n\n\n

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the efficient operation and oversight of the receiving area and freight elevator, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and orderliness. The position requires verifying licenses, insurances, and permits of all service providers and contractors through the management office, enforcing parking regulations, and adhering to the Association’s rules and policies. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n\n

Area Management:

\n\nMaintain the receiving area in a safe, orderly, and clean condition at all times.\nEnsure the receiving area office is never left unattended or unlocked.\nPrevent the receiving area from being blocked at any time.\n\n\n\n

Freight Elevator Scheduling:

\n\nSchedule and coordinate the use of the freight elevator for resident move-ins and move-outs in advance, adhering strictly to Association policies.\n\n\n\n

Package and Delivery Oversight:

\n\nRegister and document all deliveries and packages, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and registered mail.\n\n\n\n

Contractor and Service Provider Management:

\n\nVerify and log licenses, insurances, and permits for all contractors and service providers.\nMonitor the entry and exit of service contractors and building maintenance personnel, maintaining accurate logs and issuing ID passes.\n\n\n\n

Parking Enforcement:

\n\nEnforce parking regulations and issue parking passes to approved vehicles.\n\n\n\n

Safety and Reporting:

\n\nFollow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.\nReport any issues or concerns to the supervisor, including those outside the scope of responsibility.\nComplete all required reports accurately and in a timely manner.\n\n\n\n

Additional Duties:

\n\nPerform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the facility and the enforcement of Association rules and policies.\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent customer service abilities.\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nAbility to enforce rules and regulations with professionalism.\nPrior experience in a similar role is a plus.\n\n

Work Environment:
This position involves working in a high-traffic area with frequent interactions with residents, contractors, and delivery personnel. Adherence to safety standards and maintaining a welcoming yet secure environment is essential.

\n\n\n\n\n Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalency required.\nExperience/Knowledge with Receiving:\nPrevious experienced preferred\nStrong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nMultiple language fluency is desirable.\n
