With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, Signia by Hilton Atlanta holds 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets!

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with vendors. They should have a positive attitude, experience processing invoices, the ability to work independently, a willingness to learn, and basic computer proficiency. Previous hotel experience, food and beverage product knowledge, SmartSpend experience, and prior experience in receiving or purchasing are highly desirable.

Shift Pattern: Full availability to support weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required (Typical shift hours are 8:30 AM-5:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services into the hotel. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and paying invoices, collaborating with team members and vendors, and managing the receipt of all purchased products, including those for guests and groups. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks, performed to the highest standards:

\n\nProcessing invoices and managing payment coordination.\nAccepting all purchased products into the hotel, including items for guests and groups.\nVerifying delivery accuracy against purchase orders.\nMaintaining the storeroom in accordance with established standards.\nRotating stock as needed to ensure freshness and efficiency.\nIssuing and delivering items to departments in line with requisition policies and procedures.\nConducting inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.\n
