What You’ll Do for Us
Schedule, Process, and Coordinate receiving of inbound deliveries.Interacts with internal and external partners to ensure proper receipt of all inbound materials. Works directly with cross-departmental personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum receiving/inventory efficiencies. Works as the primary Trainer for new employees leading training classes covering policies, processes, standard work, lean tools and new/revised systems requirements. Notify manager of situations that could result in a disruption to deliveries and customer serviceUnderstand and implement FEFO methodologyImplements the plant reliability strategy by facilitating exercises, tracking performance, keeping data and records and reporting status of various reliability programs. Manages documentation and records to ensure that they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable. Reviews and updates existing standards, specifications or requirements to follow changes in regulatory and customer requirements, and to support new processes. Follow up with Quality Team on existing ingredients in “Q” statusParticipate in various functional and cross functional operational meetingsPartner with the shift leader on managing Inbound (receiving) work assignmentsQualification & Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent is needed with a bachelor's degree preferred. SAP experience is needed. P40 SAP application preferred.Ability to work 8-hour, 10-hour or 12-hour shift or required necessary hours to meet the business requirements.Ability to grip, grasp, and squeeze materials, parts, hand tools, and products.Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment. Must have a working knowledge of beverage applications & basic parameters, knowledge of principles industrial food hygiene and an understanding of ERP environment. Sit-down forklift certification of at least three years. Stand-up forklift experience preferred. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to stand and perform repetitive motions for extended periods (up to two hours)Manage receiving schedule, including setting appointment time.Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under stressful situations Must be able to use computers and associated software programs, such as Microsoft Office, One Note, SAP. Start time is 0330AM, Monday through Friday. There may be overtime as needed on the weekendWhat We’ll Do For You

Pay Range:
$42,778 - $57,877Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
