Position Purpose:
Receive paperwork for manifested waste in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and provide customer service and support.
Primary Duties/responsibilities:
Receive and enter data from all incoming shipping documents into the company database, ensuring all information is present and accurate.Prepare internal paperwork to enable operations to off-load receipts in a timely and accurate manner.Communicate shipment status clearly and efficiently with other departmentsNecessary DOT / RCRA training will be provided upon hiringQualificationsEducation / Experience / Background:
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) requiredExperience using Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Ability to work independently or with others as requiredExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills requiredRequired Certification / Licenses / Training:
Necessary DOT / RCRA training will be provided upon hiringKeywords:
