You will interact and coordinate with internal or external customers to complete tasks related to data entry, general administration, shipping, receiving, and the entering data for processing of waste.
Position Status

The work schedule is a rotating 4 days on / 4 days off, switching between day and night shifts. Training usually lasts about 3 months.Pay & Union
Hourly wage: $22.28 (union scale). This is a union position. Overtime (OT) is available (about 8 hours in certain weeks, plus extra for call-offs and covering vacations). On-call duty happens after the day shift, about 8 days a month, though actual call-ins are low.Typical Day on the Job
You’ll be receiving scheduled truck loads all day—around 100 visitors/drivers to check in daily. There are 4 main work stations: Check-in station. Inspect incoming loads. Paperwork station (handing off documentation). Coordination with the plant for unloading and managing empty pickups. During night shifts, one person usually covers all four stations.Team & Environment
Department size: 9 people total. 4 on rotating shifts (including this role). 4 work Monday to Friday. 1-2 in a separate area. Work is done in an open environment with various personalities. You’ll need to be flexible and cooperative.Pros & Cons
