Job Title: _Receiving Attendant_ Department: _Materials Management_ Location: _HUP_ Summary of Accountabilities: Receipt _of inbound orders to include separation by department, entry in Infor Matls Mgmt system, delivery of orders to end users and obtain proof of delivery of orders._ _Maintains Receiving Department organization, answers phone calls and assist departments with supply order delivery. Validates accuracy of packing slips to goods received and communicates any discrepancies to management. Other duties include driving hospital truck and maintaining vehicles._ Physical/ Working Requirements: _Heavy lifting of cases of supplies, linen, mail and equipment. Ability to load/offload vehicles with equipment/supplies on a daily basis to include cold weather, rain, snow, humidity etc._ Minimum Certifications, Registry and/or Licenses Required: _Valid Pennsyvania Drivers license_ Degree Requirements and Minimum Experience Required: _High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, write and perform simple mathematical calculations._ _ead, write and perform simple mathematical calculations._ We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
