First quality contact with suppliers and ZF’s quality and operations representatives within incoming inspection forums for direct material. Leading indirect employees, such as incoming inspection auditors. Evaluating, approving, rejecting, and monitoring supplier quality for purchased components at the incoming inspection process. Ensuring compliance with component drawing specifications, internal quality requirements (QD83), and customer specifications. Working with suppliers to improve their quality performance. Supporting the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) and Operations colleagues to continuously receive, monitor, and deliver parts for production. Your Profile as Receiving Inspection Supervisor

 

Engineering bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality areas, projects, or industrial environments. Highly self-administrative. Desirable experience in customer or supplier management. Knowledge of APQP, 8D’s, 15Why’s Problem solving, SPC, IATF 16949, Drawing Interpretation (GD&T), PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SAP.
