Wellness offeringsSummary/Objective The Line Leader Associate is responsible for ensuring proper handling of incoming and outgoing materials for Production Processes. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Maintain proper and accurate loading and unloading of the Materials to Production Flow Line(s). Make sure All RPO Job Order and Boat Kit paperwork Flow to Lines for each assigned job(s). Check that proper quantity is being given and received by comparing the quantity with the RPO Job Order paperwork. Use simple equipment moving materials. Handle the necessary documentation while receiving or sending materials. Know the correct location All materials should be stored. Assist with the inventory process. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensures safety measures are followed to protect personnel ad company property. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing quality and timely results. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor and management. Follow and Lead by the Lippert 5 Core Values. Maintain and update KPI board hourly. Hold daily 5 minute meetings with team. Communicate missing materials to purchasing. Competencies Communication Proficiency. Organizational Skills. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The Team Member must frequently lift and/or move items over 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. unless your reporting manager decides different. Travel Travel would be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day. Required Education and Experience High school degree or GED. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math. Knowledge of shipping/receiving and inventory standards and practices. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements. Effective stress and time management. Preferred Education and Experience Manufacturing/industry experience. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
