The Hilton Orlando, a vibrant resort hotel in the heart of Orlando’s International Drive and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway is seeking a full-time Receiving Supervisor to join their team! This 1400+ room property offers six dining outlets and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities.
\n\nIn this role, you would supervise two receiving clerks and report to the storeroom manager/the director of purchasing. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone with previous experience in purchasing/receiving (ideally in a hotel), previous leadership experience and prior training on an e-procurement system training (Smartspend or similar)!

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work 10-hour shifts starting between 5-6 am four days a week falling between Monday and Friday
\nPay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
\nAs Receiving Supervisor, you will assist the Purchasing Manager in controlling purchasing functions of the hotel and maintain storerooms and inventories at appropriate levels. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\nAccept and control all incoming deliveries
\n\n\nMaintain optimal goods inventory
\n\n\nEnsure correct storage and issuance of product
\n\n\nSupervise the Receiving Clerks and coordinate team movement throughout the hotel to ensure that all product reaches the correct outlet/s in a timely manner
\n\n\nEnsure the order and cleanliness of storerooms and receiving areas
\n\n\nAssist Storeroom Manager with product orders and conduct inventory
