RECEPCIONIST & GENERAL MANAGER ASSISTANT
Provide introductory advice and information to individuals and companies contacting Endress + Hauser Mexico, support in coordinating travel, courier, supplies and meeting rooms, as well as support the General Management in all administrative tasks.
Roles & Responsabilities
Answering calls, visits and channelling them to the appropriate area in order to solve the needs of our internal and external clients.
Advise on the organisation of domestic travel.
Logistics of DHL shipments, as well as reception of courier and / or parcels for distribution to recipients.
Requesting, administering and controlling the use of the pantry and stationery in the offices of Endress+Hauser Mexico for all areas.
Managing Director's agenda management.
Coordination of coffee break services for the different meetings, trainings and events.
Profile and characteristics
Technical administrative career, Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas.
Advanced intermediate English (mandatory)
3 years of experience as receptionist and management assistant, handling switchboard, customer service and supplier management.
Intermediate Microsoft office
100% face-to-face scheme
