Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is Looking for a Receptionist As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to our loyal clientele. The Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the store’s reputation and image as the first point of contact What you will be doing? + Greet and assist customers who enter the service drive + Answer & direct incoming calls and inquiries + Assist the Service Manager with various clerical duties, as needed. Who are we looking for? + A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service + Must be able to work Saturdays + Polished and professional demeanor + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. + Previous Receptionist experience is a plus. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes an hourly pay of $18. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
