Duties and Responsibilities:Greets and directs visitors in the office in a professional and friendly manner.Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.Maintains a safe and clean work area including reception area, coffee area and closet.Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website and other related information.Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.Assists with other related clerical duties such as scanning, copying and filing.Complete special projects as assignedQualifications:Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
