Royal Caribbean Group’s Executive Department has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Receptionist, Office of the CEO reporting to the AVP, Chief of Staff for CEO.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As Receptionist, the employee will greet visitors, including vendors, guests, job candidates, customers, and employees. They will also ensure reception area is maintained orderly and comfortable for visitors. The role must maintain the privacy and discretion of sensitive information, including meeting attendee details, internal company data, and any other confidential materials they may encounter, by only sharing it with authorized individuals and adhering to strict confidentiality policies The individual must be well-organized, dedicated, reliable, and flexible. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative working style and be an enthusiastic team player.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets all visitors, guests, and employees as they arrive, notifying the appropriate administrator to escort visitors to executive offices. Ensures that unauthorized individuals are not granted access to the Executive area. Monitors the reception area for tidiness to provide a welcoming atmosphere. Reports to the Facilities Help Desk any items that need attention. Provide administrative support to the office of the CEO including but not limited to – obtaining hotel folios and receipts, compiling and submitting expenses, ordering lunches for the Executive Committee, making reservations, etc. Collect and compile bios and necessary materials in advance of meetings and travel. Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School degree or equivalent required 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist in a high-volume corporate environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Requires strong communication skills, oral and written Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word Requires excellent customer service skills Ability to display a professional and friend demeanor Ability to exercise good judgement; problem solving skills Professional personal presentation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
