Our client, a global nonprofit, has an urgent need for a temporary Receptionist. This position is slated to last all of January and availability December 17-19th for training is required. If you are highly professional and have prior administrative experience, apply today!
About the Job:
* Greet visitors upon arrival, providing exemplary customer service.
* Answer phones and provide assistance or transfer calls.
* Ensure cleanliness and functionality of reception.
* Schedule the conference room and maintain the area.
* Complete additional administrative tasks as required.
About You:
* 3+ years of administrative and customer service experience.
* Proficient in MS Office Products.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
About the Position:
* Pays $20/hr-$24/hr
* Temporary from December 17th-19th and January 6th-24th.
* Hours are 8am-5pm.
* 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
