A law firm is currently seeking an entry level Office Assistant. We will consider applicants coming from a retail or hospitality background. Training will be provided.
This is a very friendly office. The firm has been open and operating for over a decade and has a solid reputation and steady client base.
Duties will include handling the day to day office work of this firm. You will support legal assistants, paralegals, title processors, title closers and escrow officers in clerical tasks; pulling records, filing, faxing, creating mailing labels, etc. The opportunity to advance into a more challenging (and better paying role) is unlimited here. This role will also function as the back-up receptionist.
The ideal applicant will have a strong foundation in customer service skills. A naturally organized person who can handle multiple tasks at once is going to thrive in this atmosphere.
Minimum Requirements
You must have basic computer skills
Comfortable learning/using office equipment (fax, scanner, etc)
Applicants must be reliable. Strong attendance is crucial.
