About the Role

As the Receptionist for Client Services - Park Club Health Day Spa, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Park Club’s reception area. You will provide excellent and consistent service to our guests and customers, ensuring efficiency and tranquility.

Some of the responsibilities include

Greet all guests in a welcoming and helpful mannerProvide warm and courteous services via telephone, email and face-to-faceLiaise with all other therapists, departments and staff to ensure a harmonious and peaceful environmentBe familiar with the operation of the cash register balancing, opening/closing procedures and ordering of stockMake appointments for services and programs as required and ensure the guests are directed to the correct area for their appointmentCarry out reception and administration duties as required
