ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n
\u2022 Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive and making them feel welcome
\u2022 Connecting visitors with the appropriate person or office
\u2022 Answering calls in a timely manner, taking messages, and redirecting calls
\u2022 Managing phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
\u2022 Setting a positive atmosphere: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, and providing basic and accurate information
\u2022 Special requests: Dealing with special requests from guests, such as answering questions about the area or dealing with complaints
\u2022 Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and breakroom.
\u2022 Provide administrative support to SLB employees
\u2022 Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
\u2022 Assist with ad-hoc projects.
\u2022 Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
\u2022 Provide excellent customer service.
\u2022 Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
\u2022 Maintain accurate records of phone calls, visitors, badge activations
\u2022 Be at your desk ready to work at your scheduled time
\u2022 Submit monthly numbers, accomplishments and opportunities at the end of month to your direct manager
\u2022 Follow all SLAs
\u2022 To ensure that all Lobby areas, including the reception, meeting rooms seating area, corridors and public spaces are presentable at all times if needed
\u2022 Help with Security, because you are positioned in the area where people arrive and leave, front office executives are well-stationed to be \"eyes and ears\"
\u2022 Other duties as assigned by management\n
Qualifications:\n\nReliable Transportation\nOutstanding Attendance\nCustomer service and\/or office related experience preferred.\nBasic mathematical skills.\nDemonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.\nStrong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.\nHandle multiple projects at one time.\nAble to meet deadlines.\nLifting up to 50 lbs.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to exhibit Executive customer service\n
