Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Greet and direct visitors to staff/department areas; answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments, relay messages, answer and refer inquiries + Manage incoming regular and electronic mail and co-ordinate the flow of information; arrange courier service for outgoing and incoming delivery and direct inter-office mail; order office supplies as required and maintain inventory + Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other departments as required which includes processing invoices, wire, and vendor payment requests; reconciliation of PCard purchases, and processing cheque payments + Maintain the main office employee and department directories; set up new and maintain existing manual and electronic filing systems; maintain a continual knowledge of company policies, rules, regulations, and procedures + Schedule and assist in the preparation of meetings, boardrooms, and other office facilities; ensure tidiness of reception, administrative, and kitchen areas **What Are We Looking For** + Post-secondary administrative training would be considered an asset; minimum 3+ years administrative experience required + Driven by results and committed to service excellence, with a strong ability to independently manage day-to-day administrative tasks + High degree of organization, problem solving, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, achieve goals, and meet deadlines in a fastĀ­-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to interface with senior level executive roles internal and external to the organization; required to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism while maintaining a positive professional attitude and appearance at all times + Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.); experience with JDE and SAP preferred **Work Environment** + Quiet and professional office setting + Collaborative and supportive team culture + Opportunities for professional growth and development **What We Offer** + Competitive base salary - $49,770 - $67,190 + Competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and wellness + Pension plan with an automatic company contribution as well as RRSP options + Opportunities for training, development, career growth within a global organization Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled **Req ID** JR10007126
