Receptionist
Description The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical laboratory in an accurate and timely manner under the supervision and direction of the Administrative Supervisor. o Must follow all laboratory procedures and policies o Assist with the following administrative functions: o Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. o Receive packages and process packing slips. o Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. o Assist with delivering packages and samples to office and lab areas. o Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. o Maintain office equipment such as copier/printers. o Data entry. o Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. o Help plan company lunches, parties, and events as assigned. o Responds to all inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner. o Maintaining office inventory and supplies o Other administrative duties as assigned o Complete and document (type of training, person performing the training, and the time spent on training) all mandatory trainings, including annual safety training o In service training o Training performed by technical representatives o Articles read o Training obtained outside the laboratory Skills Receptionist, POs, Ordering, Timesheets, Mail, Deliveries, Greeting, ms office, data entry, Answering, phones, customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) – five (5) years receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience. • Microsoft Office Suite. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
