Our client, a private trading firm, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Receptionist to join their growing NYC team. The hours are either 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am-6pm and requires the candidate to be in office five days a week. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office space with the opportunity to engage with their colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greet guestsCoordinate and receive deliveriesSchedule conference rooms and assist with meeting set upContribute towards office management by ordering supplies and scheduling eventsContribute towards administration by processing expenses and lending a helping hand to office as needed overallAd hoc requests as needed by the office

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an administrative/customer service type roleProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsPersonable individual who is eager to take initiativeMature, professional, and willing to lend a helping hand

Compensation/Benefits:
