Key Accountabilities:

 

Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner Responsible for guest enquiries, reservations, table arrangements and cloakroom needs Responsible for the guest relations of the restaurant Maintains the quality of menu and prepares necessary documents for the restaurant

General Requirements:

 

Minimum of two years’ working experience in the hospitality industry Hands-on experience with MS Office is a must Mature and confident, with excellent customer interaction skills Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
