Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
General office organization, greeting guests, mail and package managementPhone and in person communication with vendors, suppliers, residents, and prospectsTenant coordination activities and interactionMeet regularly with General Manager and Leasing Manager to discuss new prospect experience performanceMaintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the communityField any resident concerns and coordinate resolution with General Manager or other members of the leadership teamAssistance with property management work orders, requests and issuesRegular attendance and punctualityAdditional Functions and Responsibilities:
Additional duties as assigned. This position is continually evolving based on needs of the community and additional duties will be requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Excel requiredYardi knowledge preferredMust demonstrate support of Bell Core ValuesMust demonstrate support of BAL strategic driversMust demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer serviceMust demonstrate ability to successfully work on a teamMust be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writingMust be able to understand directives both orally and in writingMust have superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexibleMust present a professional image and adhere to Bell Partner’s Inc professional attire policyMust be resourceful and well organizedEducation and Background:
High school diplomaStrong customer service experience required1+ years property management industry experience preferred
