Job Summary:

The centrally located, mixed-use, mixed-income Mueller community is looking for a Front Desk Associate to manage a number of vital tasks, such as meeting coordination (including responsible for set-up and cleanup of all in-house office meetings; supply management; and responding to daily phone, email and in-person inquiries from property owners who have questions, comments or concerns about various aspects of the Mueller community. In this role, you may also collaborate on special projects with a variety of team members.

We are looking for a positive, self-starting individual who can prioritize multiple tasks, collaborate with others on how best to respond to new requests, and greet all guests in a professional, friendly and welcoming manner. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, has strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft office products, exceptional attention to detail, and isn't afraid to ask questions or go the extra mile to help our property owners and guests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

\n\nProfessionally greet and direct all visitors\nProfessionally answer the phone and direct all calls accordingly\nAssist with special administrative projects\nManage conference room calendars\nScreen incoming general messages within email and phone mail system and distribute accordingly\nAssist with mail handling per client and company polices\nEnsure that lobby and kitchen are kept neat and clean at all times\nOther additional duties as assigned\n\n

\n

Knowledge and Skills

\n\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)\nProfessional customer service skills\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level\nConfidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player\n\n

Education and Experience
 High School Diploma or GED Required
 2 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
