Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in New Brighton, Minnesota. The individual will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring our office operations run smoothly and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders across different industries. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a clean and organized reception area. • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services. • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff members. • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing. • Handle email correspondences and data entry tasks. • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. • Support administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the management team. • Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook proficiently. • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word • Experience with answering multi-line phone systems • Strong customer service skills • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy • Excellent written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members • Ability to organize files and maintain a neat workspace • Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks • High attention to detail and accuracy • Good multitasking abilities • Strong verbal communication skills • Professional and pleasant demeanor Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
