In this role you will be the first point of contact for all clients into the studio, be responsible for studio presentation and tidiness, and provide friendly and helpful concierge service in the studio or over the phone.
This Architecture and Interior Design firm is amongst Australia’s most well-known and well respected in the industry. Working across residential, commercial, and hospitality, they design with purpose, underpinned by shared experience.
Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily reception operations such as welcome visitors, handle calls/emails, schedule meetings, arrange catering Opening and closing studio daily according to standard procedures Maintain a clean and organized studio environment Assist with event management and studio evening events Help with travel/ accommodation bookings for both interstate and overseas travel requirements
Skills and Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate reception, administration, or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign
