Job Description
The receptionist answers phones and performs customer service and other clerical duties as assigned. This role involves maintaining the Front Desk Reception area, greeting customers, directing them to service areas, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas, and contacting salespersons for customers. The receptionist will also be responsible for ordering necessary supplies when authorized by managers and performing other clerical duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the dealership. Maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor towards customers and other employees is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Answer and direct incoming telephone communications.
+ Greet customers and direct them to appropriate areas such as service, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas.
+ Contact salespersons for customers as needed.
+ Order necessary supplies, such as business cards and name tags, when authorized by managers.
+ Perform other clerical duties to assist in the smooth functioning of the dealership.
+ Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor towards customers and other employees.

Work Environment
The work environment is located in NE Salem. The position requires working Monday to Friday from 2:50pm-8pm, Saturday (mandatory) from 7:50am-2pm or 1:50pm-8pm, and two mandatory Sundays a month from 10am-3pm or 2pm-7pm. Training will be required for five days on the day shift from 9am-3pm and three days closing with a different schedule. The role involves maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
