The Receptionist role requires a well-spoken, customer service-oriented individual who can effectively multitask. Key responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls, directing inquiries, and warmly greeting in-office guests. Additionally, the Receptionist is expected to maintain a neat and welcoming lobby/reception area for visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times.
\n\nDuties include, but are not limited to:
\n\nGreet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival.\nDirect visitors to the appropriate person or conference room.\nAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, messages, and emails.\nAccept payments and packages for the office.\nSchedule and manage conference room bookings.\nProvide basic and accurate information in-person, over the phone, or via email.\nEnsure conference rooms, the lobby, and reception area are tidy and well-presented, with all necessary stationery and supplies stocked.\nAssist with special administrative projects and perform other duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nStrong professional communication skills, including phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal.\nExcellent customer service abilities.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all duties and responsibilities.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.\nProficient in the use of general office equipment (e.g., copier, fax, phone systems).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).\nSolid knowledge of business correspondence, including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling.\nEffective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in time-sensitive situations.\nHigh School diploma or GED Required \n\n\n
