Summary

The Receptionist creates the first impression for all visitors and MarketSource employees in all interactions- on the phone, via email or in person. This role requires in-office coverage from 8 am to 5 pm five days per week. In addition to greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate business partners, the receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks including mail and/or package distribution and other related duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner Professionally administer all incoming calls and requestsType memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as requestedProvide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and related informationAssist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office suppliesSchedule and maintain conference roomsMaintain and distribute accurate employee office phone listUtilize the internal request portal to respond and track all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer serviceAssist with office/desk key distribution and managementAssist in new hire security badge process and distributionRequest building maintenance/repairs as neededAssist the Facility Manager with project management coordination tasks (i.e. requests for construction, furniture, telecommunication, procurement, and Information Systems)Build collaborative relationships with property management and executive administrative teams and communicate issues directly with them for resolutionAssist with and support miscellaneous facilities projects as assigned

Job Requirements:1 year of related experience in customer service and/or office administration; real estate environment highly desiredTech Friendly/Savvy – Intuitive knowledge to effectively operate modern office devices Excellent oral and written communication skills High School Diploma or GEDIn-office work 5 days per week (Monday through Friday), 8 am – 5 pm or as directed by Facilities Manager
