S:US Is seeking a Receptionist for their Home Base short term homeless prevention program.

 

This position is located at 2322 Third Avenue New York, NY 10035

 

 

 

The Receptionist ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the clerical and support services of the program

 

Essential Job Functions:

Greet visitors politely, efficiently, and in a courteous mannerAnswer telephone, screen, route calls and take messages Draft entry and correspondence maintaining confidentialityMaintain organized files for applications and writing samples Route incoming and outgoing mail from and between floorsAssist with copying and faxing documents Preparation of and processing packagesSchedule interviews with prospective applicantsComplete other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications High School Diploma/GED

 Experience Requirements:

Customer ServiceBasic Computer Knowledge
Professional Presentation
