Receptionist

Our client in Chesapeake VA is immediately hiring for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a full time opportunity and will pay based on experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.

Job Requirements

2+ years of administrative experience required.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Must be organized and have high attention to detail.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Work Environment

The work hours are from 7 AM to 2 PM with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00
