Receptionist

SUMMARY

Receptionist will answer the phones and transfer callers, welcome visitors, sends and receives mail/packages, and provide a wide variety of clerical support as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned:

Greets and registers visitors, informs employees of the visitor's arrival, and directs visitors to appropriate meeting room. Answers and transfers phone calls, or relays messages. Collects and distributes mail. Schedules meetings or interviews, and arranges for conference rooms or makes other logistical arrangements as required. May perform occasional clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, or photocopying.
