Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Miami, Florida, 33133, United States. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service, managing our multi-line phone system, and maintaining an organized workspace. Responsibilities: • Handling a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate department • Providing exceptional customer service to all clients, both in-person and over the phone • Efficiently managing data entry tasks, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up-to-date • Handling email correspondence, responding to client inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and detail oriented office environment • Proficiently using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage customer records and schedule appointments • Organizing files and documents to ensure efficient office operations • Being available on Saturdays and holidays to meet the needs of the business • Demonstrating flexibility to cover additional days as required by the business • Starting training immediately to quickly become a valuable member of our team Requirements • Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent communication skills. • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a focus on maintaining a positive and detail-oriented environment. • Experienced in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Skilled in email correspondence, enabling effective and efficient communication with clients and colleagues. • Strong interpersonal skills, promoting a harmonious and productive work setting. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the capability to perform various tasks such as data analysis and report generation. • Well-versed in Microsoft Outlook, managing emails, scheduling, and task management with ease. • Competence in using Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents. • Ability to organize files systematically, promoting an orderly and efficient workspace. • Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars effectively.
