Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of paperwork
- Managing inbound phone calls and route calls accordingly
- Distribute tax returns and log incoming returns
Requirements:
- 1+ year of clerical experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
