Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ This position provides front office reception and general administrative support.
+ Greeting customers and vendors, answering calls and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
+ Calendar management of three conference rooms.
+ This position will also perform other duties at the request of the Executive Assistant and other members of the MO Management team.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from high school, or completion of its equivalency, and two years of office/clerical work experience; or an equivalent combination of training/experience.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
+ One to two years of office/clerical work
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Experience in both Google Suite tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
