Summary Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.\n
\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nRetrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.\nAnswers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.\nTakes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.\nAnswers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.\nWelcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.\nMonitors visitor access and issues passes when required.\nReceives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.\nPerforms other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.\n\n

Qualifications \n\nExceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner\nMust have strong attention to detail
\nMust have a great work ethic\nMust have working knowledge of Microsoft Office \nExperience with standard office equipment\nMust live the Champion Operating Principles \n\n
\n

Education and\/or Experience \n

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to 1-year related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n
