This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. **What You’ll Do:** + Providing polite, friendly, professional front desk and mailroom services to all arriving to or working in the sites + Manage incoming queries(via phone, e.mail, or personal) forwarding them to the responsible when necessary, informing the management about the queries on time + Accurate management of employee / contractor / visitor badges processes, visitor registration, following the valid processes and guidance received, taking special care for accurate and responsible company property such as badges, company assets used, or other documentation + Preparing administration, registers, for all processes Reception is involved in, in line with the valid processes and guidance received, keep all record up-to-date and accurate at all times + Prepare miscellaneous reports, prepare statistics, per the requirements and processes in CBRE or as required by the Client + Provide various administrative support to the CBRE team as per request + Conduct daily site walk-ins to identify issues in the building, prepare a list and share with the relevant team members for action, help the operation of the sites with findings such as malfunctions, needs for repair or cleaning issues, supply needs or other observations + Manage the incoming and outgoing mail (including post and courier), keep the required records and prepare the required statistics, as per the valid processes or guidance. Responsible for the proper management and safeguarding of mail and packages, with regards to the safeguarding of all company assets or employee property managed by the Reception team. Take all reasonable care to avoid any loss or missing goods + Show a proactive approach to the site operations by suggestions and initiatives for better customer service, prompt and seamless service **Person Specification** + Excellent interpersonal skills, polite and professional in any communication + Friendly, cheerful personality, able to keep a positive behaviour even in a difficult situation + Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met. + Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks + Enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team. + Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion + Team player who deals effectively with colleagues as well as clients **Skills Required** + Experienced in Customer Service or Administration + Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, etc.) + A good standard of education – A levels or equivalent + Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in local language as well as English + Preferably experienced in an office environment, preferably in a corporate environment + Professional behaviour and appearance CBRE GWS CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) works with clients to make real estate a meaningful contributor to organizational productivity and performance.
