Overview Mirabella Portland, Portland’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to provide clerical and organizational support to the team, provide reception coverage for the front desk, and be the primary representative to all residents, guests, employees, and public visitors. Compensation Range: $20.00 / hr DOE Schedule: 8 hours a week and have availability to cover vacation hours which could be up to 32 hours a week, periodically. Shift coverage hours: 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm. About You: One (1) year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience dealing with the public regularly and ability to demonstrate restraint and professionalism in delivering customer service to residents and the public. Ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions. Ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records and submit reports. Computers skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Organizational skills. Good phone technique. Knowledge of basic office equipment (multi-phone lines, fax machines, computers, typewriters, photocopiers).
