We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting. Walden Behavioral Care seeks a full-time Receptionist for our program in Dedham, MA. Responsibilities Include: Greeting visitors, guests and clients in a professional manner Answering phones, transfer calls and take messages for Business line and/or Admissions line Answering questions about the business or offering brochures with business information Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and mailing Placing orders for office supplies and maintain office supply inventory and office equipment Gathering information and completing the application form from potential patients and families that call the center inquiring about the program Scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating calendars Qualifications: One year of clerical office experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of management Understanding of privacy and confidentiality #montenidoaffiliates
