POWER is seeking a full-time Receptionist to work in our Lake Oswego, Oregon office for the Corporate Administrative Services Group.
Job Responsibilities:This position provides reception support for the Lake Oswego Office as well as back-up support to other POWER Offices on an as needed basis.
Answering, screening, and directing phone callsMonitoring and forwarding voicemailGreeting all guests and visitors while following proper safety protocolCoordinating meetings, lunch arrangements, and entering associated invoicesAssist Office Arbitrator and Office Administrator with daily location specific tasksLocation tasks including ordering supplies, coordinating local events, and processing invoices.Miscellaneous staff support duties as assigned, including travel coordination and expense report entryFruits and Snack procurementWork in office five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm PT.Required experience:Excellent customer service skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong organization skillsDesired experience:High School diploma or equivalentExperience in the customer service field is a plusSelf-motivated, team playerDetail orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work within a structure of established procedures and processes.Microsoft Teams experienceAt POWER Engineers, you can have a rewarding career on every level.
