You can also follow us on Twitter and Facebook. **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** Under the direction of the Program Director of the Wound Healing Center the Wound Healing Center Receptionist performs clerical duties pertaining to the greeting registration and scheduling of customers as well as other related duties as needed. Maintains a cordial and professional work environment. + Ensures customer's initial contact with the Wound Healing Center is one that fosters a sense of security and confidence. **Qualifications** **Minimum:** + Two (2) years general office/reception experience. + Accurate word processing skills with demonstrated knowledge and skills of Microsoft Word with Windows and Excel or similar software. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must have and maintain a positive mental attitude. + Must have interpersonal and organizational skills. + Must have and maintain professional demeanor and appearance. + Ability to work well with others. + Ability to independently set priorities and manage work within time-frames essential. + Effective written and verbal communication skills required. + Strong customer service orientation. + Ability to maintain accurate records prioritize work and follow through independently on projects with frequent interruptions necessary. + Must exercise sound judgement in initiating actions and responding to inquiries. + Excellent telephone skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under stress essential. **Pay Range** $15.56 - $21.40 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
