What you'll do:Greeting clients upon their arrival and assisting them with the appropriate peopleNotify company personnel of visitor arrival.Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.Coordinating with BMS on all property related service requestAssist in all official travel, Coordinating with the vendor on all travel related requests.Set up meetings for large gatherings and update the calendar.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.Order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock.Welcoming the new hire and completing orientation programPreparing Facilities monthly MIS and DashboardEnsure the critical assets daily maintenance logbook.Monitoring STPI and Customs Shipment entry and ensure the data’s are captured in the bond bookMonitoring the Housekeeping, logbooks and issuing visitor badges. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them. Take up other duties as assigned.Coordinate with the Admin team in the day-to-day activities.Assist in all Company events.What You've Done:Any UG/PG Degree5+ years of Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar roleExposure to MS office applications such as Word/ Excel / power pointCustomer service orientation
