The University of Pittsburgh Student Health Services provides high quality primary health care, prevention, health education and pharmacy services to enhance student living and learning. Primary care services include management of both acute and chronic conditions as well as travel health and provision of gender affirming care. The Gynecological services include screening for STIs, provision of age specific screening as well as full contraceptive management. Psychiatric services include management of mood disorders as well as ADHD. • Greets and checks in customers, clients, and other visitors; directs visitors to appropriate destination and/or employee.
• Answers telephone, takes messages, and transfers callers; provides general information and appropriately answers customer inquiries from walk-ins, incoming calls, and emails.
• Schedules appointments and manages calendars.
• Operates standard office equipment including a telephone, copy machine, fax machine, and computer on a regular basis.
• Performs a variety of clerical duties, including filing paperwork, distributing mail, preparing routine reports, and data entry.
