Key Responsibilities: + Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression. + Assist visitors in connecting with the appropriate personnel or departments. + Manage incoming calls, transferring them as necessary and taking accurate messages. + Maintain an organized and tidy reception area. + Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. + Provide accurate information via phone, email, or in person. + Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for various departments. + Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing. + Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as needed. Requirements + Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Multitasking Experience: Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously. + Administrative Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative role. + Microsoft Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities. + Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. + Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
