This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, ensuring efficient communication, and providing administrative support to maintain a welcoming and organized office environment. **Job Description:** + **Front Desk Management:** + Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and directing them to the appropriate person or department. + Maintain security by following company procedures for visitor entrance, sign-in and monitoring access to the premises. + **Communication Handling:** + Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally. + Respond to inquiries via email or phone, providing accurate information about the organization. + **Administrative Support:** + Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed. + Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. + Manage and update office directories and contact lists. + **Office Organization:** + Maintain a clean and organized reception area. + Oversee inventory of office supplies, ordering replenishments as necessary. + **Collaboration:** + Assist other departments with clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, or document preparation. + Support event planning or office initiatives, as required. + Other duties as assigned by supervisor. **Requirements:** + **Education & Experience:** + High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certifications or training in office management is a plus. + Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar administrative role is preferred. + **Skills & Abilities:** + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (phones, copiers, scanners). + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. + **Personal Attributes:** + Professional appearance and demeanor. + Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented. + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. **The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $78,000 DOE** **Equal Opportunity Employer**
