Receptionist
OBJECTIVE: Administrative assistants provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. These professionals may also be referred to as administrative coordinators or administrative specialists.   Role and Responsibilities Welcoming visitors and solving their problems. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area Handling Hospitality & Transportation arrangements Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. Performs other duties. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing admin Processes: marchantes y visitas Transporte de colaboradores/clientes ordenes de descuento facturas del site recibo de insumos/entregas/compras reservas y eventos con terceros internet residencial para colaboradores Required Skills:

Technical skills

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others Attention to detail. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.  

Process specific knowledge

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Languages

Spanish English Very good to Excellent

 

 

Education:

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.  Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
