We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff while providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk: Greet and assist visitors, manage check-ins, and maintain a professional reception area. Answer phone calls: Answer calls promptly, professionally and forwarding calls to the correct person or extension Managing mail and packages: Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintaining office supplies: Ordering supplies and working with maintenance. Maintaining records: Keeping office records up to date Performing clerical tasks: Provides clerical or administrative assistance on special projects, as needed Providing customer service: Answering inquiries, giving instructions, solving problems, and providing advice and guidance. Time management: Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the reception area runs smoothly Office Coordination: Maintain office & kitchen supplies; coordinate service requests and ensure office equipment is operational. General housekeeping of main entrance area & break room. Assist with making coffee throughout the morning and restocking beverages; load/unload dishwasher. Order food for meetings and/or events.
