Our client, a dynamic organization in the tax preparation sector, is seeking a temporary Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join their team for approximately two months. As a Receptionist you will be part of the Tax Department supporting various team functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communicaiton skills.
**Job Title:** Receptinist/Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Ames, IA
**Pay Range:** Not specified
**Hours:** Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Greet clients and escort them to the conference room.
+ Handle administrative requests and ensure timely follow-up on client and tax department requests.
+ Stock supplies, order lunch, kep conference room and lobby space tidy.
+ Scan confidential documents.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
+ 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
+ Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with management and clients.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
