Service of the secretariat Administrative support of employees and guests, such as keeping records of visitor Caring for the correct circulation of incoming and outgoing correspondence,handling the company telephone Preparation of meetings and conferences Maintenance of order in the conference rooms Taking care of office demand Cooperation with other receptions of the company Close cooperation with all departments of the company Contact with other cooperating service companies Timely execution of assigned tasks
Your Background:
