Your Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our firm, managing front desk operations and creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for all clients, team members, and guests at our Costa Rica office. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated, client-experience-driven candidate to join our creative and high-performing office.
What You Will Do
Answer phones locally and internationally (Clients and Gensler staff from other offices).
Greet all visitors, helping and providing information as appropriate.
Monitor conference room schedule, booking and updating as necessary.
Order food meetings and/or events.
Maintain the aesthetic appearance of the reception area (client-ready).
Check office supplies (restock supply room as needed).
Assist with building maintenance issues and requests.
Assist with handling FedEx, courier, and other delivery needs.
Coordinate errands as needed for the office.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a similar position.
Bilingual – English & Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organized.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and be able to perform several tasks simultaneously throughout the course of a workday.
