A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk of an organization, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Comply with and demonstrate commitment to the company's SHE policies and procedures
· Demonstrate a professional attitude and open communication to support a friendly environment in the company
· Ensure all visitors and guests are welcomed, provide directions and make arrangements as needed
· Manage incoming phone calls, handle meeting rooms usage, operational cars and driver usage
· Manage of outgoing and oncoming documents
· Assist General Affair Team in arranging transportation and accommodation for employee business trips.
· Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively and also have experience dealing with people
· Minimum D3 Office Administration/Management
· Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Windows) and scheduling tools
· Fresh Graduate but experienced is preferred
· Can speak English actively and passively
